1. Where is my OneCard International Prepaid MasterCard Accepted?
Your OneCard is accepted both locally and internationally. There are over 32 million establishments and 1 million Automated Teller Machines (ATM) that honor your card. Just look for the MasterCard logo on any merchant establishment and MasterCard Cirrus designated ATMs.
2. What is the use of the OneCard?
Your OneCard is available for use as follows:
- To make purchases for goods and services at establishments and other places that accept MasterCard as payment
- To withdraw cash at MasterCard/Cirrus designated Automated Teller machines (ATM) subject to particular ATM rules and regulations.
3. Does my employee or distributor have to reside in the United States in order to receive a OneCard?
OneCard is backed by JP Morgan Chase International Bank therefore US residency is not required. Most other prepaid/branded cards require that the end user resides in the USA.
4. Can I distribute commissions other than in US dollars?
Yes, you can currently pay in Yen, Euro, Pilipino Peso and the US dollar. Other currencies are added as needed, based on program volume.

6. Where can I withdraw cash?
You can withdraw cash from any ATM worldwide that displays the MasterCard/Cirrus logo.

To access your account in the ATM, you will be provided with an ATM Personal Identification Number (PIN) which will allow you to withdraw cash from any MasterCard/Cirrus designated ATMs. For security, this is sent to you in a separate envelope.
